Orders for items in stock are shipped within 48 hours of receipt during regular business days. Shipping and handling rates are based on overall package weight and destination. Shipping rates will be calculated and available for your review during the order checkout process.
Shipping (average delivery times):
- Regular Parcel Canada (3-7 business days)
- Regular Parcel USA (6-12 business days)
- Regular Parcel International (overseas only, 2-3 weeks)
Taxes
Items shipped within Canada are subject to taxation according to the regulations of Canada.
Items shipped within Ontario will be charged 8% PST and 5% GST.
Items shipped to provinces outside of Ontario will be charged 5% GST.
No tax is charged on shipments to the USA.
International clients please note: You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
