Everything you buy from us is backed by our 60 Day – 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 60 days of the PURCHASE date for any reason and your product total will be refunded.
To ensure a timely refund to your account, please return the item immediately upon deciding that you do not want the product. Return shipping and handling fees are free to our customers. We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return.

Return by Mail (shipments within Canada only)
Please follow the simple instructions below:
1. To make it easy, place the unused item in its original condition and use the original packaging to ship your product.
2. Fill out the Return Form attached to the bottom of your packing slip.
3. Use the Merchandise Return Label included in your original order so that the return shipping is free. Please note that we are unable to pay return shipping fees if you do not use the enclosed Merchandise Return Label.
If you wish to expedite your return, please contact Customer Service prior to shipment. We will process your return and issue you a return number. Please write the return number in the upper right-hand corner of the Return Form, right next to your order number.
Fill out the reason for your return in the "return reason number" defined on the back of the packing slip. Include this form inside the box.
PersonalCareEssentials.com uses Canada Post ground shipping for all products containing alcohol (including fragrance products) and aerosols. This is a legal requirement. Fragrances and aerosols cannot be shipped by air.
Return Refunds and Credits
We'll issue you a full refund to your credit card for the price of any item that you return if your return is received within 60 days of the PURCHASE date. The credit for your returned items cannot be exchanged for cash or for another product. If you are returning a gift, we will issue the refund directly to the gift recipient. Please make sure to enter all of your information, including your e-mail address. We regret that we are unable to refund original shipping costs.
It takes up to 30 business days to process the return and credit your account. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction.
